A new Philippine project located at EDSA, this upcoming new landmark caught my attention mainly because of its curvilinear form (reminiscent of RCBC Tower - Makati) and supposedly the sky garden feature.
Standing at 200 meters high, this tower will claim the title of tallest building in EDSA (only). It has 38 livable floors, mezzanine and lobby, a four level podium, and a four level basement.
Judging from the images, it looks like only the corporate tower will be clad in a better exterior finish. However, having “bio friendly” sky gardens to break the concrete facade of the building is definitely a breather.
